Bei der Einreise müssen russische Staatsbürger:innen das Original (und keine Kopie) eines der folgenden Dokumente vorlegen: einen gültigen russischen nationalen Personalausweis oder internationalen Reisepass oder einen Führerschein. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. Guest must have a passport to sign a contract. Reporting documents are provided. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days. Prior to arrival, guests are required to make a prepayment of 1 night's accommodation. The apartment representative will contact guest to provide information about ways of making the prepayment. The apartments are strictly prohibited from holding parties. The manager meets and accommodates guests in person from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If guests arrive sooner or later, they additionally pay for the manager's arrival. No additional fee is charged for check-in or check-out between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM; from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and from 10:00 PM to 00:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 500.00 is charged; from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 is charged. When the guests leave, the manager checks the accommodation facility and returns the deposit.
