Russische Staatsbürger:innen müssen bei Anreise einen russischen Originalpass besitzen. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 21:00. Check-in takes place remotely. Guests must contact the receptionist 1 day before arrival to arrange the time of arrival and the place of key collection. If guests plan to check in after 09:00 PM, they should contact the accommodation in advance. Check-in earlier than 03:00 PM is also agreed in advance with the hotel and is charged additionally. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. It is allowed to stay with an animal for an additional fee, only by prior agreement with the administrator. Check-in after the end of the reception opening hours is not possible.
