Front desk opening hours 10:30 - 18:00. 5* Hotel: A city tax of EUR 2.25 + VAT per person per night in Barcelona and Catalonia; 4* Hotel: A city tax of EUR 1.10 + VAT per person per night in Barcelona (EUR 0.90 + VAT in Catalonia); Rest of Hotels & Apartments: A city tax of EUR 0.65 + VAT per person, per night in Barcelona (EUR 0.45 + VAT in Catalonia). This is an additional charge for guests over the age of 16 and it is not included in the room rate. When booking for 3 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Housekeeping service is offered for guests who book for 6 consecutive nights. Additional housekeeping service can be arranged for a surcharge of EUR 45.00 The reception is located at Carrer Allada i Vermell 6-8, and is open between 10:30 AM and 6:30 PM (until 5:00 PM on Wednesdays). The apartments have 3 options to check-in: 1. Go directly to the main building on Calle Muntaner 60 (Approx. 3km) open until 3:00 a.m. the next day. The entrance to the apartment will be from 2pm. 2. A receptionist can approach the apartments to check-in at an extra charge of EUR 35.00 (This option is available only until 11:30 pm) 3. To do a Self Check-in. For this we will need you to send the passports / ids of all the people who are going to stay in the apartment to the contact e-mail address.
