Front desk is open 24/7. Please note, all payments in the hotel by cash only. In cases of early arrival, late departure, and for stays of more than one day, the hotel charges a prepayment of 1 night staying. Also, in cases when cancellation is in less than five days or when a guest doesn't arrive, prepayment is not refundable. The reservation without prepayment will be cancelled in case of no-show till 18:00. If guests are planning to arrive later, it`s necessary to confirm the planned time with the administration in advance. Otherwise, the hotel may not accommodate guests.
