Alle kolumbianischen Staatsangehörigen müssen unabhängig von der Dauer ihres Aufenthalts ebenso wie alle ausländischen Staatsangehörigen, die sich mindestens 60 aufeinanderfolgende Tage im Land aufhalten, während ihres Aufenthalts eine nationale Umsatzsteuer in Höhe von 19 % auf ihre Unterkunft entrichten. Ausländische Staatsangehörige mit einem Tourismusvisum sind von der Zahlung dieser Steuer befreit. Wenn die steuerpflichtige Person und eine andere von der Steuer befreite Person dasselbe Zimmer teilen, kann die Steuer auf das gesamte Zimmer erhoben werden. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The hostel reserves the right to cancel a reservation for security reasons or misbehavior. In high season all reservations in private rooms will be verified with a 50% charge in advance. It is not allowed the entry of alcohol by the guest since the place has a bar. The place has no parking for cars, only for motorcycles and bicycles. Please note minors cannot stay in dormitory room. They can only stay in private rooms if accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
