Dear guests, Supplier is not responsible and will not offer any relocations for the impacted bookings. No-shows and cancellations will be billed based on the original reservation policy. Two of the Canyon Lodge accommodations buildings, Hayden Lodge and Moran Lodge will have their exteriors painted this year. The contractor will work from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM and coordinate with the hotel staff to keep guests informed as to where they will be working. Guest impact may include sidewalk closures, safety barriers, workers on ladders and boom lifts outside rooms, necessary contractor entry into rooms for short periods of time, and noise. The Canyon Lodge Adventure Store will undergo renovation. This building, adjacent to the gift shop and dining lodge, will undergo major renovation from roof to foundation. Guests can expect the building to be closed, safety barriers in place, sidewalks to be closed, heavy equipment, as well as material deliveries and noise. This building is not near guest lodging. It is difficult to provide more details beyond what was shared in the above, but they do anticipate these projects to last throughout the summer season. Maintenance projects like these are done annually and executed to cause minimal impact to the guests. Should the guests encounter a poor experience at any of our properties they should notify a hotel manager for immediate assistance.
