The deposit for booking more than one adult without children increases — from RUB 10000.00. An agreement is concluded with a photo and passport details, with the signature of one of the guests. Independent check-in is possible until 10:00 PM, on weekends until 11:00 PM according to detailed instructions. Check-in after 10:00 PM—11:00 PM is possible only by agreement for an additional fee of RUB 300.00. Early check-in and late check-out are available only if possible, off-season and for an additional fee. The additional fee depends on the time of check-in. Paid city parking is available near the Kazan Cathedral or parking in the neighboring yard if there are spaces — RUB 600.00 per day for cars and RUB 800.00 per day for jeeps. Smoking any smoking products or liquids in the apartments is prohibited, a fine is charged from the deposit. A sensor is installed. Smoking is allowed outside. It is prohibited to hold events and parties in groups. In case of violation, eviction occurs without a refund. Guests can get to the apartment: travel to the Nevsky Prospekt metro station — transfer to the Griboyedov Canal. From the metro, walk across the bridge towards the Cathedral of the Savior on Spilled Blood. The windows in the facility look out onto the courtyard.
