After the down-payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (for a duration of less than 15 days) or 1000 EUR (for a duration of 15 days or more) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
