Please note that the property does not have a lift. The first or second floor rooms will not be suitable for those with mobility problems. Ground floors rooms may be requested, but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that the restaurant will be closed from 8, 9, 10 July 2014. It will also be closed on the 30 September 2014 and 1, 2, 3, 4 October 2014. Evening meals will not be available on these dates but breakfast is still served. Please note that when booking 5 or more rooms, payment is taken at the time of booking and is non refundable. Please note that rooms may be allocated in the main building or in the Georgian annexe 2 doors away. Please note that reception is open 07:00 - 23:00. Last check in is 22:00. Arrivals later than 22:00 are to be requested by phone before and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that dinner & bed and breakfast rates include a 2-course dinner.
