Payment Policy:

• A valid debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
• Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Free cancellation is available subject to the selected rate plan.
• Cancellations made subject to the selected rate plan will be charged accordingly.
• In case of a no-show, the total reservation amount will be charged.
• Non-refundable bookings are fully charged at the time of booking and cannot be modified or canceled.
• Early departures are subject to full charge unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Changes to the reservation, including date modifications, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid passport or government-issued ID and a debit card must be presented at check-in.
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to guests who do not provide valid identification or a valid payment method.
• Any damages to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to the provided debit card.

• The hotel is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee will be applied if smoking is detected in the room.
