Russische Staatsbürger:innen müssen bei Anreise einen russischen Originalpass besitzen. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:00. Guests must contact the administrator the day before arrival to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in managers are available until 23:00. When checking in remotely, a registration link is provided, which guests need to use to register, pay a deposit, and then check-in instructions will be sent. Reporting documents are provided for business travelers. Non-cash payments are accepted. Before each check-in, a two-hour cleaning is conducted using disinfectants. For a one-night booking, an additional cleaning fee of RUB 500.00 is charged. Early and late check-in is considered on an individual basis. The approximate cost per hour is from RUB 300.00 up to 4 hours, and beyond 4 hours, payment for a full day is required. Smoking and the use of any smoking materials and liquids, including on the balcony, are prohibited. The holding of parties is not permitted. It is not permitted to accommodate unaccompanied minors or persons without proper documentation confirming their legal status in the Russian Federation. Additionally, individuals under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances are not allowed.
