Russische Staatsbürger:innen müssen bei Anreise einen russischen Originalpass besitzen. Front desk is open 24/7. Russian citizens: upon arrival, adults 14 years and older must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, a foreign passport and driver's licenses are not accepted. All children under the age of 14 must present their birth certificates. If the child is traveling with a relative other than the parent or guardian, documents confirming their right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival. Foreign nationals: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card upon arrival. A child stays free of charge in a room with parents without a separate bed. Please note that the following charges and deposits will be charged by the hotel at the time of the service, at check-in or check-out: Extra beds may be requested. There is no charge for a pull-out chair / pull-out sofa for a child under 6 years old. The fee for a folding chair / sofa bed for an adult and a child over 6 years old is RUB 400.00 per person per day. Meals are not included in the price of an extra bed (in rates with breakfast). Guests can request an extra breakfast in their room. Please check with the front desk for the current price of an extra breakfast.
