The apartments offer independent contactless check-in according to instructions. Guests need to send a message to the apartment representative via WhatsApp or Telegram messenger in advance, from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Calls are not accepted. The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests specified during booking. If a child needs a separate bed, bed linen, towels, the child is indicated as a separate guest. The deposit is paid to a bank card before check-in to the apartment. It is also returned to the bank card in full on the day of departure after the cleaning is completed under the following conditions: compliance with the rules of residence, complete safety of property, no compensation cases, no need for dry cleaning of furniture, removal of odors and replacement of textiles. Withheld from the deposit: the cost of bed linen and towels with permanent stains, the cost of dry cleaning, odor removal, any repair work due to the guest's fault, RUB 500.00 for dirty dishes, food, groceries left behind, RUB 500.00 for a dirty microwave oven, RUB 300.00 for garbage left behind; RUB 1000.00 for a 15-30 minute delay in cleaning after check-out. The return of the deposit or its balance is carried out after the specified work has been carried out and the amount of damage subject to compensation has been finalized.
