Russische Staatsbürger:innen müssen bei Anreise einen russischen Originalpass besitzen. The accommodation facility has 24-hour contactless check-in. Accounting documents are provided. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement. A passport and a deposit are required for check-in. Payment is made before check-in. After payment, guests will receive a code for the lock. A cleaning report is compiled, sent to the accounting department and sent to guests. It is prohibited to hold events, smoke, or exceed the number of guests specified during booking in the apartment. It is also prohibited to make noise after 10:00 PM. Pets are allowed (strictly by agreement). When booking for one day, an additional cleaning fee of RUB 1990.00 is charged. When booking apartments, guests will receive a discount on boat and yacht trips on rivers and canals, SUP walks and walking excursions.
