Bei der Einreise müssen russische Staatsbürger:innen das Original (und keine Kopie) eines der folgenden Dokumente vorlegen: einen gültigen russischen nationalen Personalausweis oder internationalen Reisepass oder einen Führerschein. Front desk is open 24/7. About 10 days before check-in, guests receive a registration form that includes contact and passport details. Guests can fill it out themselves or register using identification cards. If this registration method is not suitable, they can visit one of the partner hotels to register with an administrator. Contactless check-in is available at the hotel. A few days before arrival, guests need to contact the hotel at the phone number provided in the booking confirmation. A staff member will send a link for online registration, and on the day of arrival, check-in instructions will be provided.
