Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Oceanfront Beach House, Satellite Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card. The property reserves the right to request additional documents prior to arrival, such as an Authorization form, photo ID, or copy of the front and back of the credit card. We would like to inform you of the construction project in our building. You might have to endure some dust and noise issues for selected hours during the day. Moreover, we also request you to be careful around the construction material in order to be safe. The beach access and pool are currently closed. Prices reflect construction.
