Front desk is open 24/7. To check in, you must present a certificate of the absence of COVID-19, or a certificate of the presence of antibodies received 5 days before arrival. Guests are required to make a prepayment of 1 night's stay prior to arrival. The hotel administrator will contact the guest within a few days after making the reservation to provide information on how to make the prepayment. When booking, you must make sure that the payment card is valid and that it contains the amount required for booking. Otherwise, the card will be marked as invalid, which will automatically lead to the cancellation of the reservation. Children from 14 years old are allowed to stay at the hotel. Pets and small children are not allowed in the hotel. It is possible to purchase breakfast separately.
