Bei der Einreise müssen russische Staatsbürger:innen das Original (und keine Kopie) eines der folgenden Dokumente vorlegen: einen gültigen russischen nationalen Personalausweis oder internationalen Reisepass oder einen Führerschein. Self-check-in, check-in information is provided after providing a passport and transferring the deposit and the remaining amount wirelessly to the account. Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but cannot be guaranteed. A full package of accounting documents is provided for business travelers. The deposit is refunded after cleaning, before 22:00 on the day of departure. If violations are detected — smoking, guests over those specified in the booking, parties, neighbors complaining about noise — the deposit will not be refunded. Damage, loss of items — fine is paid based on the current market value.
