Russische Staatsbürger:innen müssen bei Anreise einen russischen Originalpass besitzen. Front desk opening hours 00:00 - 23:59. Booking and accommodation terms: Check-in from 02:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Check out before 12:00 PM. Self-check-in is organized in the apartment. To get access to the apartment, each guest must: 1. Fill out an offer agreement, indicating your data and attaching a selfie with your passport, to confirm your identity (the data is not transferred anywhere). 2. Make a security deposit, which is returned upon departure within 1 business day. 3. Pay the full cost of accommodation before moving into the apartment. After these conditions are met, guests will receive instructions on how to check in. On the day of arrival, a code is sent to access the apartment. At the entrance to the apartment and at the exit from it, guests will need to confirm their check-in and check-out through a form that will be sent to the mail and WhatsApp. Throughout the stay, the administration will be in touch with the guests, and in case of malfunctions in the apartment, will send a master to eliminate them. Noisy companies, parties, celebrations, smoking in the apartment are prohibited. Upon detection of these violations, eviction takes place without refund of payment for accommodation and an insurance deposit. Accounting documents are provided, the request for documents must be made in advance, before booking. A second or more set of bed linen is provided to guests for an additional fee of RUB 200.00 per stay. The cleaning fee of 1000.00 RUB is deducted from the deposit.
