Russische Staatsbürger:innen müssen bei Anreise einen russischen Originalpass besitzen. Front desk is open 24/7. A set breakfast is available for an additional fee. Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, elevators, etc.) and while walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by the guest. 8. It is prohibited for dogs to be in the area where food services are provided (restaurant, buffet, etc.). 9. Guests arriving on holiday at the hotel with an animal must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian indicating all vaccinations given to the pet. 10. It is forbidden to stay in the hotel with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to guests. 11. At no extra charge, it is allowed to stay with guide dogs that serve the needs of people with disabilities.
