The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after the flat is inspected, provided all property is in its original condition and quantity. Smoking in the flat and exiting the flat in the provided slippers are prohibited. In case of violation of house rules, including smoking or the presence of cigarette odors, the deposit is non-refundable. There is an extra daily charge for each additional guest exceeding two, regardless of age. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking. In case of excess, eviction without refund of deposit and accommodation payment will apply. Extensions of stay by three hours or more must be agreed in advance and paid separately. Without prior agreement with the property representative, it is prohibited to stay with pets, move furniture, leave trash or dirty dishes, change any equipment settings in the flat, or take extra linen and towels. Guests are requested to observe quiet hours according to local law. In Smolensk region, noise is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM on weekdays, from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM on Saturdays, and from 11:00 PM to 09:00 AM on Sundays.
