Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to the weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Please note that certain activities such as swimming and kayaking may be canceled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund. Please note transportation from Hanoi Old Quarter area to Lan Ha bay & vice versa is available at a surcharge. Please contact the cruise office directly for more details. Guests are required to provide their pick-up location at least 2 days before departure.
