Opposite the apartment, you walk right into the middle station of Hauser Kaibling lift, just outside Schladming. The slopes are connected to the 4-Berge ski slopes of Schaldming where a wide range of ski slopes await you. Upon returning home after an active winter ski day, the Panorama Spa in the complex should not be missed. Relax in the Finnish sauna, infrared cabin or the bio-herbal sauna.

There is also a lovely relaxation area. All in style, of course.

And in summer, too, the area has much to offer for active guests. Summer invites you to go on beautiful hiking and cycling trips in the area. There are several hikes in the region. Schladming is also known as the 'valley of a thousand springs'. Many mountain lakes, a thousand springs and a hundred waterfalls can be discovered in the area.
