Just 1.5 km away from well-known Mayrhofen, in the district of Gstan, you will find this lovely holiday home. Due to its central and quiet location, you will find well-known ski areas such as the Ahornbahn in Mayrhofen or the Finkenberger Almbahnen just 2 to 3 km away.
The village itself exudes Tyrolean charm, with traditional alpine houses and cosy eateries serving local specialities. In summer, scenic hiking trails and cycling paths invite you to explore the surrounding natural beauty. The region is known for its lush alpine meadows and crystal-clear mountain streams, making it an ideal destination for lovers of active outdoor activities. In winter, Finkenberg transforms into a winter wonderland, with easy access to the Zillertal 3000 ski area.

However, it is not a suitable accommodation for groups. It is a (former?) guesthouse, with on the ground floor most of the bedrooms and a very small, illogically placed kitchen. Through the shared main entrance and staircase you get to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms and the breakfast room. This is not a convenient space, every meal you have to drag everything from downstairs to upstairs and vice versa. In addition, it is not designed for small children. The small garden is ok, but unfortunately we had a lot of flies.
