The flat on the 2nd floor has a large and well-equipped eat-in kitchen with sofa and TV, a total of three bedrooms, all with washbasin, shower and separate WC. It is tastefully furnished with lots of wood and attention to detail. From the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. In summer, the flat is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes. The flat is accessible via a shared staircase
The holiday home is not far from the centre of Sonntag, in the Großes Walsertal biosphere park. Moreover, it is a short distance from Damüls and Faschina, right on the Faschinastrasse. You can easily reach the nearby Sonntag-Stein ski lift on foot (100 metres).
In summer, the house is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, and in winter the ski bus takes you to the nearby ski areas of Faschina and Damüls for free. You can also ski from the house to the Sonntag-Stein ski lift, which is just 200 metres away. The region is home to challenging mountain bike routes that lead you through dense forests and past impressive viewpoints. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of Sonntag. Whether you relax on the shores of a mountain lake or treat yourself to a wellness day at a nearby spa, here you will find tranquillity you are looking for

Austrian house in terms of decoration and fully equipped. Very neat and super clean. We had a very nice week, partly due to the sun and skiing / hiking fun.
It is also very convenient that there is a supermarket next to the house and also a charging point for electric cars.
- Paths from room to room / to the bathroom only via the hallway.
- Landlady went into the rooms while we were away - NOT good!
- flies appeared in every room during the day when the windows/doors were closed. In one room very massive.
- Heating in the flat not usable to dry gloves, etc.
- Heating rods for ski boots only got warm for a short time at night. Especially snowboard boots still wet inside!
- Kitchen: functionally equipped
- Beds: comfortable
- Storage space: enough available
- Kitchen table: too small for 6 adults; ok with 4 children.
