The holiday home consists of 2 apartments for 6 and 8 people on 3 floors, ideal for families or friends travelling together. In the souterrain is a sauna and washing machine. The ski storage is shared with other guests living in the left part of the house. In summer, you can enjoy the Austrian sunshine on the terrace or from the balcony!

Do you love winter sports? Then a stay in this holiday home is highly recommended! Just 200 metres from the holiday home, the free ski bus takes you quickly to the beautiful ski area of Saalbach Hinterglemm Fieberbrunn Leogang, with 270 km of slopes. You can cross-country ski right when you step out of the door.

Leogang is centrally located, taking you to Zell am See and Kaprun in no time. An extensive range of shops can be found in nearby Saalfelden.

In summer, you can enjoy hiking in Leogang and its surroundings, and the various lifts provide a base for a great day in the mountains. For mountain bikers, there is the Bikepark in Leogang, with challenging trails for all levels
