Together with your company, you will experience the most wonderful days of the year here! Thanks to its location on the main road, everything is close by and you can optimally enjoy your adventure

At about 750 metres from the chalet is the centre of Mühlbach. Here you will find a supermarket for your daily groceries, some nice après-ski bars and a very good restaurant where you can enjoy local dishes. This is easily accessible by the through road where the chalet is located.

The area of the Hochkönig owes its name to the 2.941 meter high mountain, which is part of a beautiful mountain massif. Winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy the 120 km long skiing area. The slopes are wide and generally quiet. Therefore, you can make exciting ski tours. For the experienced skier or snowboarder, there are no less than 3 fun parks and freeride possibilities. The Hochkönig is part of the Ski Amadé umbrella ski region. The Snow Space Salzburg and Schladming-Dachstein areas are also part of this.

In summer, you can hike or mountain bike to endless destinations

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22.00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

All in all good! The accommodation is getting on in years, small defects here and there, otherwise all good.

In our first confirmation (we even took a screenshot) there was talk of 5 rooms. When we arrived, we found that there were only 4 rooms, which made the arrangement a bit complicated. We informed them of this and they changed all the documents and descriptions without further ado. I/we found it to be value reducing, especially since, as I said, we had expected 5 rooms/bedrooms.

The accommodation has a perfect location. Short walk to the village and to the lift. However, the house is a bit too small for 12 people. 4 beds are really only suitable for children. The storage space in the rooms is too small for a winter holiday. There are only 2 parking spaces for the house, which is critical for more than 8 people. The equipment is great. Be sure to bring your own towels. There are not enough for a week. The sauna is good. Ski room is also OK.

The house is rented out for 12 people.
There are 4 bedrooms and 1 loft bedroom. The loft bedroom is very low, warm and the bed is a queen. Another bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. However, the bunk bed is not for adults. The beds are quite short.
Also, the plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. were not clean and the villa is located on a busy through road.
