This spacious Villa for You is detached and extends over 3 levels: from the basement to the first floor. The layout with multiple kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms makes it ideal for multiple families. Ski gear can be stored in the storage room with ski boot warmer and the garage offers space for 2 cars. From the spacious balcony you can take the most beautiful holiday photos. Can you picture it?
Rauris is quietly located and equipped with a varied and modern ski area. The top of the ski resort reaches 2175 metres. From here you have breathtaking views of Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner. The ski area is clear and has plenty of easy runs. There are excellent practice slopes, ski schools with playing fields and treadmills. This makes this ski area very popular with families with children. Want to spend a day skiing somewhere else? The Gasteinertal or the Hochkönig region are nearby.
Outside winter, nature lovers or active holidaymakers are sure to get their money's worth here too. Located in a narrow green valley, Rauris is surrounded by mountains belonging to the National Park Hohe Tauern. Within 30 minutes you can reach the famous Kaprun glacier. You can ski all year round here! Moreover, it is recommended to discover the beautiful surroundings on a cycling or hiking tour

Remarks
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22.00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

There were 13 of us and so we had access to both rooms. It took some getting used to choosing the right route to get from one flat to the other but soon you get used to it. The furnishing of the flats is fine and also sufficiently large for such a party. The sleeping arrangements are adequate and the mattresses are sufficiently thick to rest comfortably. The showers and toilets are fine. Hygiene is good; everything looks very clean.
The double rooms (4 with bathroom) are sufficient, the other 4 rooms (bunk beds) are quite small and unsuitable for adults. All the holidaymakers criticised the fact that there are no wardrobes in any of the rooms where you can put your clothes. The kitchen and living-dining room are quite tidy. The kitchens are well equipped.
The house is suitable for couples with children (if they want to sleep in bunk beds).
The location of the house is good and quiet.
Highly recommended. We will be happy to come again.
