At the bottom of this mountain road is the first ski lift that takes you to the slopes of the ski area; Salzburger Sportwelt

In summer, you will find a typical Austrian flower-filled and colourful balcony here. Breathe in the scent of flowers and the fresh mountain air and enjoy the peace and unspoilt nature you look out on. The large garden and space around the house invite children to play wonderfully. By the way, the cross-country ski trails are already 2 kilometres from the house and your trip can start right away. After a fun day in the snow, you can store your skis in the holiday home's ski storage room
