This beautiful and luxuriously furnished flat, is located in the heart of the famous Schladming. This popular ski resort is known for the World Skiing Championship. The flat has a TOP location. From the flat you step into one of the cozy restaurants or bars. You can get fresh rolls on the corner of the street. As a winter sports lover you can walk to the lifts and ski slopes! Actually you don't need your car after arrival!
The flat is located on the second floor and can be reached both by stairs and lift. When you enter, the spacious living room and large flat screen will immediately catch your eye. From here you have access to a sunny and covered terrace. In the spacious open kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances and a very spacious kitchen worktop, you will enjoy preparing a delicious breakfast. There are two bedrooms, a separate bathroom and one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV. The flat can accommodate 8 guests. There is one reserved parking space (height approx. 2.90m) for each travelling party in the garage and one outside the garage.
