Welcome to the Weberhof, a former riding farm with partly active stock, situated in a quiet part of Brixen im Thale. The entire area of the house is designed for comfort and service. You occupy a combination of 2 apartments and 2 extra rooms on one floor. You occupy alone the second floor of the house, the common hallway connects the 2 apartments and the extra rooms.
There are a total of 5 units in the house, 2 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. These can also be rented combined floor by floor, as well as the whole house. In front of the house there is a large terrace which extends further into the over 1300m² garden. Here you will find several swings, playground equipment, barbecue, deck chairs and much more!
Together with the other guests, these things can be used excellently and you will find a connection right away. On the ground floor there is also a communal living/dining room with several dining tables.
The flat Top 1 is located on the first floor of the house. It consists of a kitchen-living room with dining table and access to the bathroom, as well as an extra WC. A small step leads to the bedroom with double and single bed. The common hallway leads to a mezzanine, which gives access to another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom and a private balcony.
The flat Top 2 is located on the first floor of the house. It consists of a kitchen-living room with dining table and access to the bathroom. There are 4 bedrooms in total, 2 of which are perfect for children/young adults. One even has its own bathroom and private balcony. Another with a double bed is accessed via the communal hallway.
