Detached group house close to the valley descent Ki-WestBahn

In the heart of the Kitzbühler Alps lies this detached typical Austrian chalet. The location is almost directly on the descent of the Ki-West-Bahn is perfect! The chalet is fully at your disposal and you enjoy plenty of privacy. In the chalet itself (large part) there are two bathrooms with two showers per bathroom (two people can shower at the same time), one bathroom is on the ground floor and one bathroom is on the first floor. The toilet is separate, one downstairs and one on the first floor. In the annexe (small, separate part) there is a bathroom with bath (with shower) and a toilet. The bedrooms are on the first floor. The bedroom for 4 persons has a separate entrance and is only accessible from the terrace. The lovely garden with beautiful, unobstructed views is unique.

This chalet is a true dream for every winter sports enthusiast! Because it is close to the Ki-West gondola (about 350 meters) you reach Westendorf easily. From Westendorf you have access to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The descent Pengelstein is located approximately 2 kilometres from the chalet and is highly recommended. The ski lift here can be reached by ski bus 300 meters from the chalet. In the ski area Kitzbühel & Kirchberg you can go in all directions! Kirchberg is not only popular because of the connection to both ski resorts but also because of the vibrant nightlife. The ski hut music pops through the speakers at the famous après ski bars!

In the summer Kirchberg is also a wonderful holiday destination. From here you can start beautiful cycling and hiking tours through the green nature of the mountain world. Fancy a game of golf? Then enjoy yourself on the local golf course. To refresh yourself after a brisk walk, a visit to the Kneipp Panlage is highly recommended
