Holiday home with alpine flair near the Silvretta ski area

This beautiful 200-year-old Montafon Almhüsli is located about 4 km above Silbertal at an altitude of 1150 m in a sunny location with a wonderful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. You live here in the middle of nature directly next to the farm of the landlords and basically occupy the house alone, occasionally the flat on the ground floor may be occupied at weekends, but this does not disturb your privacy in any way due to the separate entrance at the back of the house. In the well-equipped kitchen-cum-living-room you will find the highlight of the house, a cosy and large wood-burning stove, which conveys cosy warmth and authentic alpine flair. Numerous guests book the house for this very reason. Adjacent to the kitchen-living room is a living room with a dining table, so there is plenty of room for everyone. Two bedrooms, one of them with a shower, are on the first floor, three more as well as a bathroom with massage and rain shower on the second floor. One bedroom has a bunk bed, which especially delights the children. All rooms are wood-panelled and furnished in a rustic style and some of them have a ceiling height of only 1.90 m. Therefore, you sometimes have to bend down, but this underlines the alpine hut character of the house.
On the terrace in front of the house you can grill your meat in peace and enjoy the mountain sun. Children are well catered for with a swing, slide, trampoline, playhouse and numerous playground equipment. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here. In summer, the hikes start right in front of the house, in winter it is just 4 km to the skiing areas.
Depending on the season, the owners' farm offers you many farm products such as alpine butter, cheese, milk and eggs as well as its own meat, so you can have your fillet or steak for the barbecue or a juicy goulash right on your doorstep
