The village of Besse is small but very charming! The old houses are well maintained and give a lot of atmosphere, as well as the old church and, during the summer months, there is a nice little restaurant where you can linger. All this is easy to walk to, by the way.

Villefranche du Périgord is an old Bastide, and has a nice town square with a good restaurant, several shops and a covered market. Swimming in natural waters in Catus, or in Cazals and the latter has a super lively Sunday market
