Child-friendly house with 3 terraces and large garden

Authentic holiday home in one of the most beautiful spots of the Périgord Noir, near Prats du Périgord. You have access to a lovely house with a terrace on 3 sides. There is complete privacy and stunning views. The interior suits the type of house and there is a large fireplace and a semi-open wooden fitted kitchen.
There is a large communal swimming pool, and a playing field where children can have fun. Further along is a fishing pond, where you are free to fish. Great for on the BBQ!
During the cold months, there may be an extra charge for heating.

Prats du Périgord is a small village, but is surrounded by forests and countryside, and there are beautiful hiking trails!
You just walk there, and there is even a bakery, so fresh croissants in the morning!
You are here at a point where 3 regions meet: the Lot, the Dordogne and the Lot et Garonne. Visit the old bastides of Villefranche du Périgord, or Monpazier with its magnificent medieval square, or even Belves, high on a hill and not far from the river Dordogne. Perigueux and Bergerac are easy to drive to, as well as the most interesting tourist attractions on the Dordogne.
Be sure to go canoeing on the Dordogne, e.g. from Cenac, or visit 1 of the many caves in the area.

But above all, go and enjoy a lot: grab a terrace, glass of wine, people-watch, browse shops and flea markets...you will be short of time!
