Beautiful country house with sauna, large garden

Less than 4 km from the wide sandy beach of Julianadorp lies this beautiful spacious group house. This lovely family house with sauna is a super nice place for a family holiday. Chickens walk around in the attractive garden and provide fresh eggs. You overlook a field with sheep. The living room has a wood-burning stove and a long dining table for a cosy get-together. The main attraction of the Juliandorp - Callantsoog region is of course the wide sandy beach. Apart from endless sunbathing and swimming, you can take lovely walks on the beach here but also in the dunes you can find beautiful routes. Den Helder, only 6 km away, is known for its naval base and the Naval Museum is certainly interesting to visit. While you're there, take a look at the Fort Kijkduin. The old fort now houses a museum and sea aquarium. The boat to Texel also departs from Den Helder. Climb the lighthouse, eat kibbles in one of the beach bars, cycle through the dune landscape or visit the seal sanctuary Ecomare. For those who want to taste and buy Dutch cheese, be sure to visit Alkmaar. Extra tip, visit the city when the cheese market is there
