This superbly equipped penthouse is located in Pichl, between the well-known holiday resorts of Mauterndorf and Mariapfarr, in the middle of the Lungau ski and holiday region. As soon as you enter the penthouse, the alpine style and the trams immediately give you a cosy and relaxing holiday feeling.
To relax, there is also a private sauna/wellness room where you can unwind after an active day in the mountains
In summer, there are countless opportunities in Salzburg's Lungau to get out and about in the beautiful countryside, such as cycling or hiking. All this in a fantastically beautiful mountain landscape with numerous mountain lakes, the right place to relax!
As a winter sports enthusiast, you have plenty of choice here! The Mauterndorf ski area Grosseck-Speiereck is nearby. It is child-friendly, but with 50 kilometres of slopes it also offers enough and has not yet been discovered by mass tourism! For more of a challenge, the Aineck Katschberg ski area is a 15-minute drive away. Here you will find 16 lifts and 70 km of slopes of all levels of difficulty. The longest run is the A1 with a length of 5.6 kilometres and a difference in altitude of 1,100 metres. Within 20 minutes by car you are at the lifts of Obertauern, in an area that was recently declared the snowiest and most snow-sure area in Austria.
With a wide range of leisure activities such as skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing or walks in the snow in winter or hiking, mountain biking, golfing and much more in summer, Mariapfarr has a lot to offer for young and old!

We really enjoyed a blissful skiing holiday here with 2 adults and 4 children! 20 minutes' drive to the Obertauern ski slope. For us, the flat gave rest after an intense day of skiing. Village nearby with bakery, shop, pizzeria... Spacious flat, every room a bathroom and toilet and the sauna was a nice change. The kitchen had all the amenities. We will definitely come back here again! Thanks

We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat. Everything was clean and cosy. The sauna, the three balconies, the open-plan living room and the carport were all a big plus to make us feel at home. Unfortunately, one of the two bedrooms was very small and there was no door to the adjoining bathroom. The other bedroom was a bit noisy from the neighbouring flat. All in all, however, the flat was restfully quiet. Unfortunately, the landlord does not offer the Lungau Card, which we found very unfortunate. In particular, travelling by bus on the days without a ski pass was much more expensive.

Super nice accommodation with everything at hand. Neat kitchen, nice sitting area and pleasant sofa in the living room, great bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms and of course the large sitting bath with pleasant sauna are the eye-catchers. Not to mention the terraces with mountain views. Worth repeating.

Very nice flat. 3 balconies, 3 bathrooms, huge bathtub, all kitchen equipment, such as a dishwasher, coffee maker which make everyday life easier. The sauna is not that big, but does its job well. The cooker and the large induction hob worked perfectly. Food was ready quickly. The grounds of the flat were also fantastic. Enough opportunities for children to play, for example with the many cats who were super sweet and trusting. Playing by the river, with the noise you can also sleep well, because you can hear it quite loudly with the window open. We had a great 5 days.

Beautifully furnished flat with modern bathrooms, a sauna with a large bathtub. Balconies on the south and west sides for a relaxing end to the day. The mattresses are unfortunately very hard, one bedroom has only skylights without blinds (very warm in summer). But the rest was really nice and clean on arrival.

Wonderful flat, very thoughtful details such as sufficient hooks for bathrobes, towels, jackets. Even in front of the entrance door there is space to store e.g. ski boots and also hooks. Storage room for skis, boards or bikes directly at the car park. Very high-quality, tasteful furnishings, much of it made of solid wood, three large balconies with a wonderful view. The sauna reached the desired temperature of 85 degrees without any problems. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay, we would book again.

A very beautiful, new and well-maintained complex in the style of the surroundings. The flat itself is very nice and structurally up to date. There is a carport for each flat and a lockable room for skis or bicycles right next to it. The contact persons can be reached by phone and are immediately available for questions and problems. A missing key in the key box for the entrance door was delivered immediately. The complex is very new and partly still under construction, but this does not detract from the quality of the stay.

Beautiful flat, as good as new and equipped with (almost) all conveniences. Unfortunately, the fireplace turned out to consist of some simple lights and there were still some start-up problems. Window blinds in one of the bedrooms and the sauna were missing and there was no washing machine or kitchen towels, despite the fact that they were mentioned as being available.

Wir haben diese Wohnung mit 2 Paaren gemietet - jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad (klein) und neben der Sauna gab es sogar ein Gäste-WC, eine Dusche und eine Badewanne - also mehr als großzügig.
Ansonsten war die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Hervorheben würde ich die schöne Einrichtung und eine sehr schöne Umgebung.
