Totally unwind in this beautiful modern holiday home. Quietly located, but close to all activities and cosiness the area has to offer, such as the ski lift. Enjoy the beautiful wide views you have from the balcony, both in the white winter months and the green summer months. The ideal place to fully enjoy beautiful Austria!

The real highlight is the ski lift, which is located on the other side of the main road and can be easily reached on foot. From here you have quick access to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. And don't forget the excellent connections, whether Söll, Ellmau or Kitzbühel. You can get everywhere quickly!

There is a lot of space and as the property is quiet but central, there are all kinds of activities right in front of the door in summer and winter.

Depending on the weather, snow chains or a 4x4 is recommended for the last 50 meters to the property

Very nice accommodation. Have been there for the 2nd time and will be back. Top location to the lift ...Wonderful balcony with afternoon/evening sun...beautiful flat and very nice landlord.
Ski room with boot warmer ...covered car park...all inclusive.

Very clean, very new, wonderful short walking distance to the lift - a couch was missing to feel really comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. Otherwise everything was fine.

Really good accommodation in terms of location and furnishings. Approx. 2 min walk to the lift in the middle of the Wilder Kaiser ski area and to the valley run, which is open even when there is little snow.
Equipment could be better, but the basics are there. We recommend basic kitchen supplies like a sharp knife, baking paper and dishwasher tablets. Toilet paper was one roll per toilet - for 14 days.
Cleanliness: 1A, towels and bedding super cosy.
View of the mountain/Itter is super. Parking and ski cellar are also great. Snow chains or winter tyres are recommended in case of snowfall.
All in all, a really great holiday!

Haus Rabl Dan actually looks quite good, but if I want to go from one bedroom to the living room, I have to cross the hall first.
At least one could expect a door at the toilet and the shower. Not a net like that. That is an absolute no go !!! The only seating was a corner bench. Comfortable is something else. There is a very narrow spiral staircase leading upstairs, but there is no wardrobe. The flat was clean and the landlord friendly, but never again Haus Rabl Dan!
