You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please be aware that the property does not accept contactless payments : physical credit or debit card required upon check in. Reception opening hours is from 9AM till 9PM, There is no after hours check in available. For the lost key between 9PM to 9AM (when reception is closed) Guest will pay £100 call out fee.
