Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. An online contract is concluded with each guest and a verification procedure is carried out via WhatsApp. The day before arrival, guests must send a passport photo and a selfie with a passport to the administrator in WhatsApp. Then guests will receive a link to the online contract generated in the Okidoki application. Guests need to follow it, read the contract and sign it with an SMS code. After this procedure, detailed instructions for checking in with access codes to the apartment will be sent. Early check-in and late check-out are available by agreement, late check-out before 05:00 PM is paid separately at a rate of 10% of the cost of the day for 1 hour, after 05:00 PM the day is paid in full. After checking the condition of the accommodation for compliance with the house rules and the safety of the property, the deposit is fully returned to the card within 24 hours after check-out. Documents for legal entities and business travelers are available upon request. They include: a contract, a certificate of completion of work and a cash receipt with a QR code. Payment in cash, payment according to the invoice, transfer to a bank account are possible. Noisy parties, smoking of any kind of smoking products or liquids are prohibited in the apartment. For long-term stays, the price of accommodation includes wet cleaning, as well as a change of bed linen and towels every seventh day. The cost of additional cleaning outside this schedule is RUB 1000.00.
