Online check-in hours: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To confirm the reservation, you must contact the apartment representative within 24 hours from the moment of booking. An electronic contract is signed. Late check-in and early check-out are possible only by prior arrangement. The deposit (security deposit) is refunded within 24 hours. Citizens of foreign countries must present a valid passport, visa and migration card. Guests making a reservation must be adults. Minors can only stay with their parents. Smoking, making noise after 08:00 PM, holding parties, and the presence of guests not specified in the reservation are prohibited in the apartments. Pets are prohibited. If an animal is found hiding in the apartment after check-in, immediate eviction will take place. In this case, the payment and deposit will not be returned. These apartments do not provide hotel services, but provide places for short-term accommodation.
