Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Extension of stay until 06:00 PM — additional payment of 50% of the cost of a day's stay. Extension of stay after 06:00 PM — additional payment of 100% of the cost of a day's stay. Night check-in and check-out — additional payment RUB 600.00 from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM. Upon check-in, the guest must read the rules of residence and pay a security deposit. Check-in to the apartment is contactless. Signing the offer agreement and familiarization with the rules of residence takes place online. When signing the offer agreement form, guests must provide a photo or scan of their passport. At least one day before the check-in date, guests must contact the apartment reservations department to clarify information on booking and obtaining access. Contacts are provided in the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee and provided that the apartment is available. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Booking department working hours are from 09:00 AM to 12:00 AM Moscow time. Check-in is around the clock, provided that guests contacted the booking department during working hours and received information for check-in. Guests have free access to: a 1-hour visit to the sauna and spa, breakfast and snacks, a certificate for care, cosmetic procedures, and more.
