Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests receive the keys in the apartment after payment and signing the contract. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are changed free of charge every 5 days. The cost of additional cleaning is RUB 500.00. The cost of an additional change of linen and towels is RUB 300.00 (RUB 200.00 for linen, RUB 100.00 for towels). Guests are required to communicate their check-in time one day in advance. Check-in from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM is free of charge. The cost of late check-in is: from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM - RUB 500.00, from 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM - RUB 1000.00. The manager arrives at the agreed time and waits for guests free of charge for 30 minutes from the agreed time, if the guest does not warn in advance 1 hour before the designated time about the delay, then the manager’s additional departure to meet the guest costs RUB 500.00. Guests are required to pay a prepayment prior to arrival. After booking, the hotel representative will provide information about the amount, methods of prepayment and cancellation conditions.
