Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. To confirm the reservation, guests must make a deposit within 12 hours by clicking on the link provided by the administrator. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. The deposit paid by the guest to the card is returned upon check-out if no damage was caused to the apartment. Paid services are provided: 1 bathrobe — RUB 500.00; 1 set of slippers — RUB 300.00; 1 set of dental kit — RUB 100.00; 1 baby cot — RUB 1500.00 for the entire stay.
