Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To register and receive an electronic key, guests must contact the property in advance using the WhatsApp application. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please contact the property between 09:00 and 22:00 when the reception is open. Calls are not accepted after 22:00. In the WhatsApp application, the guest must provide a passport photo with a residence permit, the name of the object, the estimated time of arrival, the number of guests. On the day of check-in or on the day of booking, the guest will receive an SMS with an electronic key in the form of a link. When checking in, you must go to the previously received link and click the open door button. The lock will open after a click. After 10 seconds, the lock will automatically close. From the inside, you can open the door manually. The lock closes automatically. When you leave, you need to close the door. Upon check-in, guests are required to pay a deposit in the amount of the cost of one night's stay. Payment is made on the spot. Smoking is prohibited throughout. Parties and other events are prohibited.
