Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 21:00. Check-in after 08:00 PM is available upon prior agreement for an additional fee of RUB 1000.00. Parking is available for a fee; if there are vacant spots near the property, guests may park for free. An additional set of bed linen is provided for an extra charge of RUB 500.00. Early check-in/check-out is possible upon request. To check in, you must have: a passport for signing a contract and a security deposit of RUB 5000.00-10000.00. The insurance deposit is refunded after checking the apartment, but not earlier than the end of cleaning on the day of departure, if the check-out was no later than 03:00 PM, or during the day, if the check-out was later than 03:00 PM. The accommodation facility cooperates with individuals and legal entities and accepts all types of payments. For legal entities, non-cash payment is made to the organization's account. Smoking is not allowed in the chain of apartments,as well as noisy events and parties. A fine of RUB 5000.00 will be charged for violations of the accommodation rules. Business hours are from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM, so check - in and check-out during the period from 08:00 PM to 09:00 AM is paid additionally in the amount of RUB 1000.00.
