Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is done remotely. Guests are required to contact the property in advance to receive check-in instructions. Phone calls from guests are accepted from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM; from 09:00 PM to 12:00 AM, all inquiries should be sent via messenger. Complimentary cleaning is provided after 7 days of stay. If guests require a free cleaning service earlier, they must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
