The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure or within 14 days of the flat being fully cleaned, subject to the rules of the flat. The deposit will not be refunded if the flat is found to be in breach of any of the following: dirty flat, damage to property, loss of keys. Contactless check-in will take place in the flat. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Contact details will be provided with the booking confirmation. Requests for extension of stay by one day and late check-out must be sent to the previous doorkeeper before 10:00 PM. Bed linen is stored in the wardrobe, guests need to take only linen according to the number of guests, additional bed linen and towels are charged an extra fee. An additional fee of 2000.00 RUB is charged for each guest not listed in the booking. Guests are financially responsible for damaged or lost property and must pay for any damage caused.
