The apartments provide remote check-in, so the hotelier can ask in advance to transfer the refundable deposit and send a photo of an identity document. For guests who do not wish to send a photo, a check-in manager is available. The fee is RUB 1000.00. In order to arrange the service, it is necessary to contact the representative of the apartment before the check-in date. Smoking and parties are prohibited. In case of violations, the booking may be canceled without a refund. Pets are allowed for an additional fee and by prior arrangement. The administration does not accept cash.
