Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests are required to contact the apartment on the day of booking for check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. If you make a reservation after 9:00 PM on the current date, check-in before 8:00 AM the next day is not guaranteed. The front desk is on call from 8:00 AM till 10:00 PM. All bookings made after 10:00 PM will be processed from 09:00 AM on the following day. When staying with pets, final cleaning is RUB 2000.00.
